All rabbit holes lead to Jesus
Faith · 2026-10-10Read it
I went down every rabbit hole there is — Flat Earth, the Fiat banking system, UFOs, all of it. Every one ended in the exact same place.
This is for you if you've got forty tabs open and you still feel lost.
I've done them all. Flat Earth, the Federal Reserve, UFOs, Project Blue Beam, Looking Glass — name it, I went down it looking for the bottom. And here's what I found. They don't have different bottoms. Every rabbit hole leads to the same place. They all lead to Jesus. I didn't believe that going in. I thought the answer was one more video, one more thread, one more channel that finally connected it. It wasn't. You can scroll YouTube and Facebook and Telegram for months hunting the bottom of this thing. The bottom is a Person.
That's the whole reason I wrote the book. Put your email in at kb13.com and I'll send you a free copy — no cost.
The day everybody agrees it's the best economy ever
Faith · 2026-10-09Read it
The day everybody agrees it's the best economy in history, that's the day I get scared.
This is for anybody who's ever felt safest right before they got wiped out. I've been that guy.
Here's the pattern I've watched more than once. At the very top, the media tells you it's never going to end. Everything's great. Greatest economy ever. Everyone you know sounds like a genius. That feeling, everything is so great, that's not safety. That's the setup. The rug gets pulled when the crowd is certain it can't.
I'm not saying that to scare you. I hope I'm dead wrong. I pray this stuff never even gets here.
But I can't control the top. So what can I control? My plan. What GOD put in front of me today. There's a reason you're breathing right now.
Euphoria isn't the reward. It's the warning.
I laid the whole thing out plain in the book. It's free, it's in the description. Be encouraged.
The cross and the comeback
Faith · 2026-10-08Read it
They nailed him to a cross, and while they did it he said father forgive them, they don't know what they're doing. A guilty criminal hanging right next to him asked for mercy, and Jesus told him today you'll be with me in Paradise.
Then he died. The sky went black. They buried him in a borrowed tomb and everybody figured that was the end of it.
Three days later a woman shows up and the tomb is empty. He's not here. He's alive.
Betrayal, death, an empty grave. The ultimate plot twist. He beat sin and death and walked out. That's the whole story, and that's why it changed everything.
What a futures contract is actually for
Finance · 2026-10-08Read it
Everybody pictures a futures contract as a bunch of cocaine-filled brokers slime-balling Wolf of Wall Street stuff around. That's not what it's for. Say you raise cattle. It takes nine months to bring a cow to market, and you have no idea what the price will be by then. So you lock it in today. Now you know your margin. You know what you've got to work with. The meat processor on the other side needs the exact same thing. He's got to know where his cattle are coming from and what he'll pay for them. So the two of them agree today on a price nine months out, and both of them get to run their business. That's a futures contract. You do today what you're going to do in the future. Does it get abused down the line? Of course it does. That's a different piece of it. But your average everyday cattle farmer buying and selling futures is just a cattle farmer buying and selling futures.
The overdraft reflex
Finance · 2026-10-08Read it
The overdraft hit before the coffee finished brewing. And the first thing that voice says is: skip the gym, skip breakfast at the table, get to work, earn it back. Money's the fire. Put out the fire.
That voice is lying to you. It tells you the deal is two of three — money, family, health — and you have to trade one to keep the other two. Pick two. Everybody acts like that's just how it works.
It isn't how it works. It's a story the system tells so you'll hand something over quietly and thank it for the lesson. My dad believed it. He picked the money, worked himself down to nothing, and by the time he had a little put away he'd lost the body to enjoy it and the years he could've spent home. One of three. He got played.
You're not behind. You're being sold a two-of-three lie. Refuse the trade.
You can't disqualify yourself from heaven
Faith · 2026-10-08Read it
You cannot disqualify yourself from heaven. Not with anything you've done, and I mean anything.
This is for the one who's decided they've gone too far to be wanted.
For years I tried to qualify. Be good enough. Do enough. Earn my spot. Then I actually read it: my spirit is already seated in heaven with Christ. The work is finished. I can't qualify myself for it, and I can't disqualify myself from it. If you trust Jesus, you're a king. And here's the part that got me. Even believing it, you probably still don't feel like one. Most days I don't either. Jesus had his body torn open so I could sit up there with him. I'm not going to insult that by acting like I still owe a payment he already made. I don't feel like royalty most mornings. I'm going to trust the word over the feeling anyway.
I'm putting all of this in a book, The 13 Levels of Ascension. Get on the list at kb13.com so you know when it drops.
You don't have to understand it to benefit from it
Faith · 2026-10-07Read it
You don't have to understand a technology to benefit from it. And you don't have to live in fear that if you don't understand it, you're going to get left behind. You're not. Go back to 1995. America Online put the internet in front of regular people. You clicked, you read the news, and you had no clue HTML was running in the background. If somebody had told everybody you've got to learn HTML to use the internet, people would've freaked out. They didn't have to. They made it simple. The same thing is happening again right now. So don't freak out if you don't understand it. You don't have to understand it for it to make your life better. Don't fear it. Don't fear it at all.
Won't carry the cult line
Faith · 2026-10-07Read it
JW- A lot of the red pill guys won't have me on their shows. I won't carry the cult line. I sit right down the middle. I see it from both sides, and I can actually make the economic argument either way, even for the thing I don't philosophically believe in. That costs me. People will never subscribe because of it. And I've made my peace with that. I'd rather lose the subscriber than lie to him. Most people are more interested in their dogma than they are in the truth. Pick a coin, pick a camp, and now you can't hear anything that threatens the bags. It's a cult on every side. TRUTH doesn't care which one you joined.
The chameleon with no flag
Faith · 2026-10-07Read it
For years I could agree with anybody. There was nothing in me to disagree with.
No flag. No principles. No real opinion. So whoever was in the room, I became. If you liked something, I liked it too. If you hated a guy, so did I, by the time you finished your sentence. I thought I was easy to get along with. I was just empty, wearing a smile.
Here's what nobody tells you about being that man. You're not peaceful. You're available. Available to whoever talks last, whoever's loudest, whoever needs you to be something today. You don't really have friends. You have a rotating cast of people you happen to be agreeing with this week.
A man with no center isn't calm. He's waiting to be told who to be. And there is a whole world of people happy to tell him.
The night I got knocked out of the poker game
Finance · 2026-10-07Read it
I was the first one knocked out of the poker game. Broke, drunk, high, stuck watching everybody else play. That's the night I saw my whole life clearly.
If you've ever told yourself you don't have a problem, stay with me.
Twenty years ago, mid-twenties. I lost all my money first, so I had to sit there and watch. And I looked at my buddy still in the game. Focused. Sharp. Playing to win. He was the only man in that room not drinking and not smoking weed. And it landed on me right there: I have a drinking problem, and I have a drug problem.
So I made a deal with myself. One year, none of it. I grabbed a camcorder and carried it everywhere, filming myself getting hammered, asking every friend I had if I could go a year clean. Every single one laughed. Said no chance. January 1st I quit cold turkey and went twelve months without a drink or a hit. One wild month, then twelve clean. Thirteen months. That's the 13 in kb13. It changed the whole direction of my life.
That year is the reason this brand exists. The story's at kb13.com.
Lessons from the desert
Faith · 2026-10-06Read it
Between Egypt and the promised land, there's a desert. Everybody skips over that part.
It was supposed to be an eleven-day trip. I think — I might've made that number up. Short, either way. They wandered it forty years.
Here's the part that gets me: God knew it was short and led them the long way anyway. Because they weren't ready. The long way was the preparation.
I've been in a desert season myself. And instead of just white-knuckling to get out, I started writing down what I'm learning while I'm in it. Lessons from the desert. What did this actually teach me that the promised land never could?
You're going to spend time in the desert. The only question is what you come out holding.

Cholesterol's not the boogeyman
Fitness · 2026-10-06Read it
I used to think cholesterol was the enemy. Everybody does. It's the boogeyman.
I'm not a doctor on any level. But I watched a podcast with a couple of these scientists, and what they were saying is that something in the cholesterol is the very thing that rebuilds your blood cells. The thing Western medicine keeps telling you to get rid of is the thing your body needs to heal.
I've watched people on keto, on carnivore, reverse inflammation, reverse chronic disease. It jacks up everything we've been told.
Cholesterol's not the boogeyman.
There are no Christians in heaven
Faith · 2026-10-06Read it
There are no Christians in heaven. And Jesus was never a Christian.
If church has always felt like a rulebook and you could never say why, this one's for you.
Call me a Christian. I'm fine with it. It's a useful word so the world knows who I am. But Jesus wasn't one, and Christianity is a religion, and religion got it wrong. I did religion for years. The performing, the earning, the boxes you check. That's not the thing. Jesus didn't come to start a religion. He came to hand you direct access to your dad. Not through a building. Not through a system. Just him. The one and only door.
I'm writing all of this down. Get on the list at kb13.com.
I don't need the windfall — those riches are already mine

I don't need the payday everybody's holding their breath for. Those riches are already mine. I just can't feel it yet.
This is for you if you're worn out waiting on a number to finally make you okay.
Here's what I've been chewing on. I got a body, a soul, and a spirit. My body and my soul are down here. But my spirit is already seated up there with Jesus, in the abundance, right now. So I'm not poor. The problem is my head and my soul haven't caught up to where my spirit already is. Some days I got to talk to my own soul like David did — bless the LORD, oh my soul — soul, you're gonna get in line. The inheritance is already signed. I'm just learning to come home to it.
You don't need a windfall for that, and neither do I. Come start at kb13 — the free stuff's yours.
Watch how fast a claim changes hands

Watch how fast a claim changes hands.
First it's, the man himself said it. Then it's, well, his son said it. Then it's a headline quoting the son, calling it a done deal. By the time it got to me I nearly passed it along like I knew it firsthand. I caught myself. I still have to go research that one.
That's the tell. I don't take a thing as true just because somebody put it in a video or a post. Somebody's always got a reason for wanting you to believe it.
Check it before you carry it. Most of what moves a crowd is one man repeating another repeating another.
The picture, not the product

One day this stuff has real use case. Real adoption. Something you actually use. I believe that's coming.
But right now it doesn't move on use case. It moves on narrative. On whatever's got the masses emotional, whatever story everybody's telling themselves this run. The picture, not the product.
I used to think I was buying the thing. Most of the time I was buying the story about the thing. And a story can turn on you overnight.
Know which one you're holding.
Flow, not grind (why I'm glad the channel died)
Faith · 2026-10-05Read it
I spent years grinding, swimming straight upstream. Then YouTube deleted the whole channel I built on it, and now I thank God it's gone.
This is for you if you've worked your whole life and it's still this hard.
I named that old channel Joyful Grind. The idea was that life's a grind, so you'd better grind it joyfully. I believed that. I lived it. And I take it back. I was going against the current for years, and it was harder than it ever needed to be, for me and probably for you too. You don't need to grind. You need to flow. Life is meant to flow downstream with God. Stop fighting the current and go with it.

And look, your boy is in it too. I got scammed on that stuff. But good people held on for decades, put their whole life on pause, and the payday never showed. So repent of that mindset. And repent just means change. You really got to change that thinking. I'm not telling you the windfall won't come. I'm telling you to quit dying while you wait on it.

The good news comes out at the top
Faith · 2026-10-04Read it
The good news always comes out at the top.
Everybody's sitting there waiting on the big announcement. Then it comes. The thing you've been holding rips green, the headline confirms every word you believed, and that's the peak. You bought the rumor. They handed you the news. Everything dumps.
The moment I want in on is usually the moment I should be getting out. The story is loudest right at the exit.
So when the news finally turns great, ask who it's great for. The summit is the crash.
Angels, NPCs, and free will
Faith · 2026-10-04Read it
Not every angel got a choice. Some of them just have jobs. Think of an NPC, a non-player character. You've got them on Earth and you've got them in the spirit realm, running the errand they were made to run, no say in it.
But GOD handed a few of them free will. Satan was one of them. He could look at what GOD did and say wow, that's awesome. Or he could say I can't believe You did that.
The "wow" and the "I-can't-believe-You did that" were both sitting right there. They still are. That's what a choice is.

I got scammed. And I made a ton of money on the exact same thing. Both are true.
This is for the guy who thinks his win means he's smart.
I was in all of it. Bought in, rode it up, told myself I had it figured out. Turns out I was just early. It was pump and dumps. I happened to get in before the dump, walked off with a pile, and called myself a genius. I wasn't a genius. I take that back — I didn't make good decisions. I was just blessed. And a lot of good people who got in behind me got burned. Don't confuse being early with being right.

Red or blue is the whole trick
Faith · 2026-10-04Read it
They've got you down to two choices on purpose. Red or blue. That's the whole trick.
If you can't scroll past a political fight without picking a side to defend, this is for you. I couldn't either.
Look how everything got boiled down. Red or blue. Elephant or donkey. This or that, this or that, this or that. And I think a lot of that is by design, keep everybody fighting sideways so nobody looks up. It's the number one thing people watch and the number one thing they argue about the next day, and it just feeds itself. I'm not on the red team or the blue team. I'm a son of God, and I try to sit above it. Could I be wrong? Of course I could. But I'd rather love the person across the aisle than win the argument. Don't get stuck in all this crap. You were made for something bigger than a debate.
If you're done being played by it, I wrote a free book about living above it. It's right here.
Unconditional faith

Teeth: peroxide, baking soda, salt
Faith · 2026-10-03Read it
Hydrogen peroxide and baking soda have turned into my miracle cure for all kinds of stuff. Teeth first.
I pour the peroxide straight onto the toothbrush, sprinkle baking soda on top of it, and brush for about a minute. Then I take some salt — put it in my mouth, chew it, grind it up — and swish the whole thing around like mouthwash. Spit. Rinse. Brush again after.
Does it work? It appears to. My teeth are whiter than they were, and it's two things out of the cabinet you already own. The internet's undefeated. It'll tell you whatever you need to know.
I'm in an echo chamber. So are you.
Faith · 2026-10-03Read it
I'll admit it. I'm in an echo chamber. And I think you might be too.
If you're sure you see clearly and it's everybody else who's brainwashed, I used to be that sure.
The algorithm doesn't show me truth. It shows me more of what I already clicked. More of the same, more of the same, more of the same, until it feels like the whole world agrees with me. So I end up seeing things real different than most people, and I have to keep reminding myself that's partly by design. Could I be wrong about things? Of course I could. That's not weakness, that's just honest. I still hold my convictions hard. My Dad hears me and I hear His voice. But I hold them knowing I'm a man, not God.
I put the honest version of how I think through all this in a free book. No charge, it's linked here.
The hips go first

In my 40s, the hips go before the muscle does.
If you're a dad in your late 30s or 40s who's started losing footraces to your own kids, listen up.
I learned this one the hard way. If you want to run, if you want to keep up with the kids, it all lives in your hips. Core strength matters, but it runs through the hips. Your metabolism runs through your hips too. Work them every day and you spark the whole engine. So I do hip mobility every single morning. Openers, the doorpost stuff, deep squats. Not because it's fun. Because the day I stop is the day I can't keep up anymore, and I'm not ready to hand that over.
I put the whole routine in writing, free, at kb13.com. Come get it.
Conjecture dressed up as Scripture
Faith · 2026-10-02Read it
We don't actually know the origins of Satan. Most of what gets repeated about it is made up.
Somebody will tell you he was the music leader in Heaven, God's worship guy. Okay. Tell me where it says that. There are insinuations people have stretched into a story, sure. But the origin everybody recites like it's settled fact? That's conjecture.
And I'm not the guy who's got it nailed down either. I'd have to sit with the exact passage, in the Hebrew, before I'd say anything for certain, and the Hebrew doesn't always say what the English says. Just because something isn't spelled out in Genesis doesn't mean it didn't happen. And just because you can't find the verse doesn't mean you get to make one up.

The Escher hands
Faith · 2026-10-02Read it
There's an old Escher painting. Two hands, and each one is drawing the other. Right hand draws the right hand, and they're both stuck inside the drawing.
Now imagine those hands tried to describe the artist who drew them. They can't. He's not in the painting. They're inside the thing he made, trying to reason their way out to him.
That's us. We're stuck in this 3D world and we keep trying to reason about what's outside of it. I'll fence off the little bit I understand, and then turn around and tell you how the 12th dimension works. Well, I can't. Nobody stuck inside the painting gets to clearly explain the One who painted it.

I can't worship the guy. My King is great and mighty and awesome, and He gave me everything. I didn't earn it. I can't qualify for it. I can't disqualify myself from it. A politician can't hand you that, and a politician can't take it. Could I be wrong about the man? Of course I could. But I'm not wrong about who saves.

If you're late 30s, 40s, on up, and you can't get all the way down to the floor anymore, you're who I'm talking to.
The rest of the world already does this. Go overseas, everybody rests down there at the bottom of a squat. Feels like America's the only place that forgot how. And when I started, I couldn't either. I had to grab the wall and pull myself into it, feeling it in my ankles, my hips, my knees. Every day. For about a year. Now I can balance down there and move around in it, and that's what gives me the flexion to be explosive, to run, to keep up with the kids. How low can you go? All the way to the floor. It just takes showing up when it's still ugly.

Eyes open, then take responsibility

We start off asleep. Completely oblivious to it. Then something cracks. Call it God, call it an awakening, call it a season that finally got your attention. Your eyes open and you start seeing things differently.
And the first thing you feel isn't peace. It's fear. Holy crap, I've made some really bad decisions. There are consequences to my words and my actions. I reaped what I sowed, and I don't want to plant that crap anymore.
Once your eyes are open the number one move is take responsibility. I am in the position I'm in because of what I did. You can't go back and change it. So what are you going to do now? How are you going to move forward?
I don't want to plant those seeds again. I want to plant good ones.

You bet your life on faith this morning, and you'll swear you don't have any.
This is for you if you say you're not religious, you just deal in facts.
Faith is invisible, but we've all got it. You have faith the sun comes up. I'm driving down the road, staying on my side of the yellow line, and I've got faith the guy coming the other way stays on his. That's my life in a stranger's hands, and I do it every day without blinking. So faith isn't the question. It's all around us, it's in us, it's what we do. The only real question is what you're putting it in. You already trust something with everything. You just never stopped to ask if it's worth it.

Maybe that's how you felt or feel too. Like you see or saw something, and everybody else around you agreed not to.

I've got this sense we're getting one. Me and you both. A chance to redo the very thing we swore we'd redo if we ever got out from under it.

Waking up is the doorway, not the finish line
Faith · 2026-09-29Read it
You start to see it. The world's weird. A lot of it is not good, and once you see that you can't unsee it. People call that waking up. Okay. But waking up isn't the finish line, it's the doorway. I can see the whole thing clear as day and still do nothing with it but get angry. Seeing was never the hard part. The awakening that actually counts is the shift that comes after: this is where I am, this is how I got here, now what am I going to do about it. A higher revelation isn't some feeling that washes over you. It shows up as a change in how you walk out the door.

I'm in the position I'm in because of me. My decisions. My words. The things I did, and the things I kept doing till they stacked up. I can't go back and rewrite any of it. I've wanted to. Doesn't work that way. So the only question left is the one in front of me. What now? How do I move forward? You're sitting in the same spot. You can't change what got you here either. But you can change the perspective you walk out with. Take responsibility first. It's the only piece of this that's actually yours.
Head down
Faith · 2026-09-29Read it
The people who won't look you in the eye and say hi, it's not shyness. There's a hole in them.
This one's for you if you keep your head down when you pass somebody on the street.
I try to say hi to everybody. And there's folks in my neighborhood who almost dodge it. Head down, walking by. I don't think that's manners. I think it's insecurity. If you can't look another person in the eye, somewhere you don't know who you are, or you don't know who they are. Because you and them, you're both made in the image and likeness of God. When I say hey to a stranger, I'm telling him I see God in you. Keeping your head down is telling on something broke in your own heart.
So lift it up. Say hi. You're both made in the image of God. Act like it.
That's the kind of thing I write about. The book's free at kb13.com. Be blessed.
The gift, not the Giver.
Faith · 2026-09-29Read it
We beg God for the gift. Truth is, most days I don't actually want the Giver.
I do it too. We want the manifestation — the money, the healing, the proof it's real. We want what he can hand us. Not him. But faith is hope in the things you can't see yet. If you've already got it, already seen it — where's the faith in that? There's none. God's invisible. He's not hiding to mess with you. He just wants to be believed — that he's good, that he'd do it for you, because he is a good God. It's a heart thing.
If you've been praying for the thing and it's gone quiet —
Maybe the question was never the thing. Do you want the hand, or the One it belongs to? I wrote a book about climbing back to him. It's free. Come see me — link's below.
Get up and ask the better one

Same thing happens to two men. One asks why is this happening to me. The other asks why is this happening for me. One stays on the floor. The other gets to work. I'm not saying it wasn't done to you. I'm saying that first question is a cage. Get up and ask the better one.
The trilogy of science hides in verse one.
Faith · 2026-09-28Read it
The first sentence of the Bible holds the whole trilogy of science. I read past it my whole life.
The church shoved God in a box, and I'm as guilty of that as anybody. So watch this. "In the beginning" — that's time. "God created the heavens" — space. "And the earth" — matter. Time, space, and matter. The very first verse, before anything else happens, lays down the three things nothing in our realm can exist without. And here's the weight of it — God created all three. Which means he sits above all three. He's not stuck in time like we are. To him there's no past and no future. There's only now.
If you grew up thinking Genesis was just a fairy tale for kids —
Read it again. That's not a God you can fit in a box. I go deep on all of it in my book. It's free. Grab it below.
God wasn't wrong. I heard it wrong.
Faith · 2026-09-28Read it
The prophets keep getting it wrong. And I'm one of them.
The prophetic movement blew up and they just keep missing — and I'm in that camp too, because I feel like God talks to me. So I had to swallow something hard. If the word was wrong, God wasn't wrong. I heard it wrong. Or I read the clock wrong. See, God's timeless — there's no past, no future to him, there's only now. So when he shows you something it burns like it's right this second. But a real word from God takes a while. Joseph waited decades. Abraham waited decades. Noah waited decades. Same pattern, every time. So the word wasn't a lie. It just wasn't for right now.
If you got a word once and it never came, and you've been quietly wondering if God even spoke to you —
He did. You just don't get to blame him for your clock. I wrote all of this down. The book's free — I'll leave it below.
Facts vs. the truth
Faith · 2026-09-27Read it
There are facts, and there's the truth. Sometimes the two don't line up.
The facts in front of you can be screaming no. The way it looks in the natural is real, and nobody's trying to downplay that.
But if GOD gave you a promise, hold the promise. Can you keep believing when everything in the natural says don't? That's the whole test. Not when it's easy. When the facts are yelling the opposite of what GOD told you.
I'm not going to act like I've got this nailed. I've let go of promises before because the facts got loud. But hold the truth anyway. Facts change. Hold on.
It's not happening to you.
Faith · 2026-09-27Read it
Joseph saved the whole planet. It started with his own brothers throwing him in a pit.
Then he got sold into slavery. Accused of a crime he didn't do. Thrown in jail. Straight hell, for years. And the whole time, God was putting him exactly where he needed to be — to save a nation, and to save the bloodline the Messiah would come through. Here's the part I have to preach to myself. Whatever you're walking through right now, it's not happening to you. It's happening for you. It's shaping you into who you've got to be to carry the thing waiting on the other side. If God had shown Joseph the pit and the prison up front, right next to the promise — he might not have gone. The journey is what made him strong enough to hold the promise.
If you're in the pit right now and it feels like God forgot your name —
He didn't. I put the whole story in a book. It's free, link's below. I love you.
Not thus saith the Lord
Faith · 2026-09-27Read it
I feel like God shows me timelines. I still won't call it a prophecy. And the men who can't tell those two apart are the ones I stopped trusting.
This one's for you if you follow the 'God told me' accounts and something in your gut keeps flinching.
Here's my line. I'll tell you I feel like God's showing me something. I'll pray over it, I'll analyze it, I'll tell you what I'm seeing. But this is not thus saith the LORD. This is not a prophecy. This is me trying to read the situation and be a son of God. Could I be wrong? Yeah. I could be wrong. A man who dresses his own guess up as God's voice isn't discerning, he's selling. When a guy won't leave himself any room to be wrong, that's the tell. I'd rather be a man who might be wrong than a man pretending to be God's mouth.

The counterfeit reality got installed before you could say no
Family · 2026-09-27Read it
Most of what you believe, you never actually chose. It got poured into you before you were old enough to argue.
This one's for the person who's starting to wonder how much of their worldview is even theirs.
Watch a little kid put his fingerprints all over the TV screen. He thinks it's fun. Then we yell, 'don't touch the TV, that's wrong.' But he didn't know. He's innocent — he doesn't understand right and wrong yet.
Then he grows. Raised in a culture. A family of origin. Some religious system, some social setup. And all of it starts to form him, shape him, mold him — and by the time he's grown, it's baked all the way in. That's the control matrix. That's the counterfeit reality. Nobody sat you down and lied to you once. The whole environment did the shaping, slow, while you were too little to notice.
I'm still untangling my own — it takes a long time, and I'm not above any of it. If you want to pull the thread with me, there's a free book. Grab it and get on the list.
He Already Won (Why I Retired #GodWins)
Faith · 2026-09-27Read it
I used to post hashtag God wins. I stopped. It's not even true.
This is for the believer still posting like the outcome's up in the air.
God wins. That's future tense, and that's the mistake. He already won. Past tense, done. We're the ones walking around acting like we don't already know how it ends. None of this is a surprise to him. He's the one doing it. And if he's not doing it, he's allowing it, and he's laughing at the clowns perpetrating it. My God sits in the heavens and laughs while the nations rage. This is just how they rage.
So I retired the hashtag. Not because it was too bold. Because it wasn't bold enough.

Seeking is a participation game
Faith · 2026-09-27Read it
When life gets chaotic I catch myself asking the same thing everybody's asking. What do I do? What's next? What do I do next?
And I keep reaching for more information. More charts, more news, more scrolling. Wrong reach. I don't need more information. You don't either. We need direction.
Solomon left the blueprint in Proverbs 2. Seek and you'll find. Knock and it opens. Ask. Notice all three are things you do. GOD chose to partner with us, not carry us. This is a participation game.
So stop waiting. Waiting is not seeking. Scrolling is not seeking. You don't have to figure the whole thing out today. You just have to know the next right thing. And that one's simple. Seek Him.
I don't believe anybody is evil
Faith · 2026-09-26Read it
I don't believe anybody is evil. Not the ones you're picturing right now. Not even the worst of them.
This one's for the person who already keeps a list of who the bad guys are.
Hear me out, because I might lose some of you. People do evil things — sure. People get influenced by evil — I believe that. Are they off the track? Floating down the wrong stream? Probably. But the man or the woman actually making that choice is made in the image of God, same as you, same as me. So evil? I don't think so.
That's not me going soft. That's the harder road. I've been told to pray for my enemies, and it is a lot easier to hate a monster than to pray for a man. Because who's the real enemy anyway? A mindset. A mind virus. A control matrix — a system built to get you stealing, killing and destroying, and built to get you writing the next guy off as a monster.
I could be wrong about plenty of this. But if you want to sit in it with me, I put it in a book. It's free — get on the list.
Anxiety Is Fear of a Future That Doesn't Exist
Faith · 2026-09-26Read it
The bear in front of you is real fear. The thing keeping you up at night probably isn't.
This is for everybody lying awake over what's coming. The beast system. The mark. The thing that hasn't happened yet.
Fear can be healthy. There's a bear in front of me, my body does something, that's normal. That's real. But being scared of a future that doesn't exist yet, that's not fear. That's anxiety. And anxiety is not real. You're bleeding out over a thing that isn't even here.
And look, it might all be coming. I'm not telling you it won't. But you sit in heaven right now, son of God. You can't fight what's coming with fear anyway. Anger and fear won't carry you through, they'll rip you up. The only frequency that gets you through is love, because God is love. That's it.

My King Doesn't Use Pawns
Faith · 2026-09-26Read it
The people you want to burn it all down over are pawns. And my King doesn't use pawns.
This is for the believer who's ready to boycott, protest, hate every last one of them. I get it. I used to want to fight the people too. I had it backwards.
They're pawns on a battlefield, being used by an entity, and they have no idea. My King doesn't move like that. My King has family. Bishops, knights, priests, other kings. No pawns in his army. So our side looks smaller in this realm. Not in the other one.
That's why I don't hate them. My heart hurts for them. I'm sorry the church let them down. My job is to pray for them and love them, and be mad at the thing using them, not the body it's using. You can have righteous indignation and still love the person. That's the whole assignment.

You're clean
Faith · 2026-09-26Read it
When you mess up, the hardest part usually isn't the mistake. It's that you feel too dirty to go to God about it. So you lie there face down in it instead of getting up.
Here's what took me too long to get. Your behavior doesn't change how much God loves you. Your intentions don't. Your thoughts, your attitude, none of it changes that. It's fixed.
So bring the mistake to Him right away. Don't let it sit and rot. Clear your conscience and get up. If you're forgiven, you're forgiven, but you have to actually believe it.
If GOD says You're clean, you're clean.
Can we forgive them
Faith · 2026-09-26Read it
Everybody online wants the worst people alive hanged. Guillotined. And I keep asking a question that gets me hated for it.
Can we forgive them?
If you've got a name in your head right now. Someone you're sure is pure evil, someone you'd love to see swing. I'm talking to you. I wrestle with this one too. I don't know what those people have been through. How bad the church hurt them. How bad their parents hurt them. How bad this world hurt them. I don't get to see all of that. Only God does. Jesus hung there and said forgive them, they don't know what they're doing. Did He die for them too? I think He did.
Forgiving a man doesn't mean trusting him. You can forgive somebody and still never hand him the keys. But could you take a bullet for him? That's the part that wrecks me.
I've been working this out in my books. Come find me at kb13. The book's free.
Feel stupid and do it anyway
Faith · 2026-09-26Read it
Picture the guys marching around Jericho. Grown men of war, walking laps around a wall while the guards up on the tower point and laugh at them.
It looked insane. It was insane, unless God actually told you to do it. And they kept at it. Six days in a row, no payoff, feeling foolish every single lap.
No magic bullet. No shortcut. No applause until the very end. Just show up and do the weird thing again while people watch.
Then the wall came down. Not gradually. All at once.
It's okay to feel stupid and do it anyway.
Air-conditioned baptism of fire

I'm going through the hardest spiritual battle of my life — from an air-conditioned office, in a car that starts every morning.
This is for you if you feel like waking up cost you everything.
When your eyes open, it gets hard. People you've loved your whole life turn on you. Friends fall away. That's real, I'm not going to pretend it isn't. But I'll be honest with you. I thank God all the time that I get to go through my baptism of fire in an air-conditioned house, in a reliable car, with food in the fridge. My hard has been hard. I take that back — it's been real hard some days. But I've seen other people's hard. I'll take mine all day. The way up isn't gritting your teeth. It's gratitude. Perspective will carry you up the mountain when your legs won't.

I can't prove I'm right

I've been waiting years for this. And I still can't prove to you that I'm right.
This is for the guy who takes his money seriously off a stranger with a nice video and a confident voice.
I'm not a financial adviser. I'm not here to tell you what to do. I can only tell you what I'm doing. What I've got is a lot of homework and a conviction I can't shake. That's it. This isn't zero-information guessing. But it's still guessing. Highly informed guessing.
The timing? Timing is the hardest thing there is to predict, and any man who tells you he's got it nailed is selling you something.
I don't just believe a man because he made a video. Don't just believe me because I made one.
Nobody's going to talk me out of what I believe. But could I prove it to you? No. And now I hope I'm wrong.
If you want the reasoning instead of the hype, I put it in the book. It's free. It's in the description.
I rode it to the top twice and kept nothing
Finance · 2026-09-25Read it
I've ridden this thing all the way to the top. Twice. Both times I walked away with nothing to show for it.
If you're watching your account climb every single day right now and you're starting to feel like a genius, this one's for you.
It's addictive. You watch the number go up and up and you start to believe it only goes one way. I believed it. Twice. It's so easy to get greedy. It's so easy to think it's always going up. So I held. And I held. And I gave it all back.
I'll take that back. I didn't just hold. I got greedy and I called it discipline. The number going up is not skill. It's a drug.
You don't lose it at the bottom. You lose it at the top, when it feels the best.
I wrote down everything the two runs cost me. The book's free. It's in the description. Go take it before you need it.
You can't earn a father
Faith · 2026-09-25Read it
For years I thought I had to earn my way into being God's son. Read my Bible. Pray. Be generous. Check the boxes, or I wasn't really His.
If you're worn out from performing your faith. Doing all the right stuff and still not feeling like it counts. Stay with me.
Here's what shifted. I still do all of it. I read, I pray, I give, I try to put others first. But not to earn anything anymore. I do it because it feeds my soul. It helps my body. I think it makes God happy. And I don't need it to be His son. I don't need it to feel His presence or know He lives in my heart. That was the epiphany for me. The doing was never the price of admission. You don't buy a father. You just come home to him.
I wrote all of this down. It's at kb13, and the book's free.
Warnings, not headlines
Faith · 2026-09-25Read it
I marked a day on my calendar once. Had it on my heart that something was coming, so I circled it. The day showed up. Nothing happened.
I could've felt stupid about that. But I'd already braced for it, and that mattered a lot more than the date being right. When the thing actually did come, I wasn't caught flat.
That taught me something. God's not going to hand you a headline. He'll give you a warning. A headline tells you what already happened. A warning tells you to get ready before it does.
So pay attention. Don't obsess over it, that'll drive you crazy. Prepare, but don't sit around trying to predict, me included. He doesn't warn you to scare you. He warns you to position you.
Threw away twenty years

I threw away twenty years of my life. My whole twenties, my whole thirties.
If you're sitting there doing the math on all the years you think you already blew — stay with me a second.
Mine went to drinking, drugs, chasing pleasure, chasing shiny objects. Just acting a fool. And no, I don't get those years back. Life runs up on you, man. But I'm not going to sit here and act as if I turned it all around myself. I take that back — I didn't turn anything around. I got pulled out. I got chosen, and it had nothing to do with me earning it. Here's what I finally got: it's all about accountability. There are consequences for what you do, and I've got mine. But wasted years don't get the final word. A fool got pulled out. So can you.
I wrote the whole thing down — where I was, what turned it. The book's free, link's below. Get on the list and I'll walk it with you.
Who's Behind the Mask
Faith · 2026-09-25Read it
I was scared of the man behind the mask for years — then it slipped off.
This is for you if a screen can still ruin your whole day.
There was nobody back there. Just a bad movie. A hard flashback. The same scene they've run before, dressed up new. And I clapped. I panicked. I clapped again. I want to say I saw through it early. I didn't. Took me way too long. The mask IS the trick. It only works while you're staring at it, afraid of what's underneath. Look, and it's a costume on a hanger. Truth doesn't wear one. Jesus is King — that's the one face that was never faking.
I wrote the whole thing down. The book's free. It's right here. Take it.
Do it even when it feels stupid
Faith · 2026-09-25Read it
God told them to walk around a city. In silence. Once a day. For six days straight.
Grown men. Soldiers. Walking in circles while the guards up on the wall laughed at them.
It looked insane. It felt repetitive and embarrassing and pointless. And they did it anyway.
Then the wall fell flat.
Here's what I'm sitting with. Some of the most important things God asks you to do are going to feel stupid. Repetitive. Like nothing's happening. Like everyone's watching you go in circles.
Do it anyway. Obedience without applause is the whole test.
The breakthrough came suddenly — but only after six days of looking like a fool.
You're going to freeze. I froze twice.

When the moment comes, you're going to freeze. I know, because I froze. Twice.
This is for the person who swears they'll be smart when it actually counts.
You can't be emotional. And you will be. That's the trap. In the moment your brain says it's going to keep going, it's going to keep going. Mine said it both times. So you don't decide in the moment. You do the math now, while your head is clear. You write it down. You set it so it's automatic, so when it happens it just flips, because you already made the call when you were calm.
If you wait to be strong in the storm, you won't be. I wasn't.
They say you never catch a falling knife. So don't try to. Decide before the blade ever drops.
How I think all of this through is in the free book. It's in the description. Go get it while it's quiet.

I'm not telling you this from the outside. I lived in the Matrix. 240 pounds, addicted to drugs and alcohol, making horrible decisions, spiraling out of control. I wasn't the guy who saw it coming. The tempter sells you the shortcut

The sky had just opened over him. God had just said it out loud, this is my son. And then the desert. Forty days, no food. That's when Satan shows up. Not with something obviously evil. That's the part to sit with. The tempter doesn't always come to wreck you. Sometimes he just comes to sell you the shortcut. There isn't one.
Peter, and the man Jesus called anyway

Peter pulls in a haul of fish so big it stuns him, and the first words out of his mouth aren't thank you. They're get away from me, I'm not worthy. That's the honest reaction to meeting the real deal. You feel every reason you don't belong near it. And Jesus doesn't argue. He doesn't say clean yourself up first and come back when you're ready. He says you're with me now. He called the man who'd just told him to leave. You're not too far gone for that. You never were.

Freaking out was always an option. He said stay ready instead.
When Nathan walks in
Faith · 2026-09-24Read it
The king everybody loved. The giant killer. The man after God's own heart. He took another man's wife and had the husband killed to cover it. That's David. Not some cartoon villain — David. Then Nathan walks in and says four words: we need to talk. And David does the thing most men never do. He doesn't spin it. No sugar coating. No excuses. No blaming anybody else. He's crushed, he owns the whole thing, and he repents. GOD forgives him. And the fallout is still real. Forgiveness didn't erase the wreckage. Both of those are true at the same time. Every man gets a Nathan moment. The only thing that matters is what you do when he walks in the room.
David in the cave
Faith · 2026-09-24Read it
David had Saul dead to rights. In a cave. Sword range. His own men are whispering, this is it, this is your shot, God handed him to you. And David won't do it. Won't lay a hand on the man God already anointed. He'd rather keep running, keep hiding, keep dodging spears than grab with his own hands the thing already promised to him. Everybody thought he was crazy. But the promise being real is exactly why he wouldn't force it. He waited his turn. That's the part nobody wants. You can believe God for something and still refuse the shortcut to get it. Don't force what's already yours.
Resistance is proof of momentum
Fitness · 2026-09-24Read it
When Israel came to Jericho, the city was shut up tight. Nobody in, nobody out. Everyone inside was afraid.
That's the part people skip. The enemy wasn't in a position of strength. He was in a defensive crouch. He barred the gates because he felt what was coming.
So when things get hard for you — slow, heavy, resistance at every turn — stop reading it as failure.
Resistance isn't proof you're losing. It's proof you've got momentum. Nobody barricades the gate against an army that isn't advancing.
If it's getting harder, you might be getting closer.
There is no neutral

Somebody told me this in college and it never left: if you're green, you're growing. If you're ripe, you're rotten.
There is no maintaining. There is no holding steady. You're getting stronger or you're getting weaker. You're moving toward God or you're drifting from Him. Forwards or backwards.
Neutral is a story we tell ourselves so we can stop trying and still feel okay about it.
The day you think you've arrived is the day you start to rot. Stay green.

David fought for the throne. Solomon got handed it. And Solomon's the wisest man who ever lived. Built the temple. Wrote the Proverbs. Golden age, all of it. That should be the high point of the whole story. It's actually the start of the crack. Because Solomon never had to fight for any of it. The patience, the faith, the perseverance — none of that got burned into him the way it got burned into his dad out in the caves dodging spears. He got everything easy. And easy makes you soft. Soft is where the decline starts. When life gets too easy we get sloppy. If you're green you're growing. If you're ripe you're rotten.
You are not the one keeping time
Fitness · 2026-09-23Read it
There's a time for everything. A season for every single thing under heaven. Solomon wrote it down and people have been leaning on it ever since.
Here's the part that costs you something: you have to stop fighting the season you're in. Work has its time. Rest has its time. Wisdom and understanding, the past and the present — He balances all of it. You don't run every gear at once.
So live in the season you're actually standing in. Worship. Quit pretending you're the one holding the clock.
There's a time for everything. You're just not the one keeping the time.
Why Job's children didn't double
Faith · 2026-09-23Read it
Job lost everything. His health, his possessions, his ten children — all of it, gone.
Then God restores him and doubles it back. Double the livestock. Double the wealth. But look close at the kids: ten more children. Not twenty.
Why not twenty, if He doubled everything else?
Because the first ten never really died. They're with God. Job will see them again. Count them all and he's got twenty — ten in his house, ten already home. God wasn't shorting him. He was counting on a timeline Job couldn't see from where he sat.
The Trinity is stamped on everything
Faith · 2026-09-23Read it
God exists outside time, space, and matter. You and I don't. We're stuck inside all three.
Read the first line of the Bible slow. "In the beginning" — there's time. "God created the heavens" — there's space. "And the earth" — there's matter. Time, space, matter, sitting in the opening breath of Genesis.
And it keeps going. Time is past, present, future. Space is height, width, depth. Matter is solid, liquid, gas. Then there's you: body, soul, spirit. Three, three, three, three.
The Trinity isn't hiding. Look around. He signed His work.
Morning routine / change your state
Fitness · 2026-09-23Read it
I'm not a doctor. Saying that up front so nobody sues me.
Here's what I do most mornings before coffee. Water first. Three, four glasses before caffeine ever touches me. Then a little sea salt, straight, chewed like candy, for the electrolytes. Then I bounce. On my toes, on the floor, you don't need a fancy trampoline. And if I'm sore from lifting the day before, I'll smack the sore spot while I bounce. Right on the shoulder, the arm, wherever it hurts. Sounds insane. The soreness backs off.
Then the part that feels the dumbest. I do the craziest dance I can think of. No rhythm to it. Arms everywhere. Two minutes, tops. And something in you just resets.
I got too wild with it one morning and tweaked my arm, so ease in, don't be me. But that's the whole thing right there. We move like robots all day. Same chair, sit up, sit down, same rhythm. You want to change your state? Stop being so systematic for two minutes and go be a lunatic on your kitchen floor.
Five years bracing for a train that hasn't come
Faith · 2026-09-23Read it
For five years I've been braced for the thing that's coming. It still hasn't hit. And I almost missed my life waiting on it.
If God ever tapped you on the shoulder and opened your eyes to what's coming, you know exactly the waiting I mean.
You've heard the pundits and the truthers. The dollar's going to crash. This one thing will make you a billionaire, just go buy it. Go grab these old foreign bank notes while you can. I've been hearing it for five years. Come to find out people have been saying it for a decade plus. And maybe they're right. A lot of folks saw a train coming. Maybe it all happens. Probably so. But I can't live braced. There's enough trouble in today to handle today. So I put my vest on, I walk this nature trail, and I ask what I can actually control right now. Because when's the next time I get a morning like this? Enjoy this one. It might not come back around.
That's what I'm writing about at kb13. Come check it out.
The smallest circle
Finance · 2026-09-22Read it
I grew up in a Christianity where if your theology was even slightly off from mine, you were out. One small difference and suddenly there's a new division, a new denomination, another wall going up.
None of that has anything to do with the kingdom of heaven.
What I came up in was basically theological elitism. If you don't think like I think, you're going to burn. That's not theologically sound. It's also just not cool, and it repels people. It repelled me.
Look at the whole map sometime. The Catholics broke off, then Luther broke off the Catholics, then a thousand groups broke off of that — everybody drawing a smaller and smaller circle and calling everyone outside it lost.
I'm done with the smallest circle. You're either in the Spirit or you're not.
Jesus is King.
Fear is not from God
Faith · 2026-09-22Read it
I grew up in a church that ran on fear. We had a joke — thank God for the preacher who scared the hell out of me. Scared us into salvation. That was the whole culture.
That's not who GOD is. Not even close.
Took me years to see it: fear is not from God. So if it's not from Him, who's it from? I don't understand how it all works in The Ether. But I know this — the demonic feeds on fear. The more scared you are, the more it eats. That's why they pump it through the airwaves all day.
So the stuff I actually can't control, I release it to the Almighty and I trust He's handling it. I can't tell you one night of sleep I've lost over who's running the country. Not one, my whole life.
Maybe that's naive. Or maybe it's just called faith.
My health nugget: beef, eggs, butter
Faith · 2026-09-22Read it
Here's my health nugget. And I want to be clear, I'm not a doctor, I'm not a health advisor.
Get you some ground beef. Scramble some eggs right in with it. Put some butter in there too. Cook it all up together and eat it every day. That's it.
I'm getting 150, 160 grams of protein a day off that. And look, if you follow that and go get your blood drawn, your cholesterol might come back elevated. FYI. That's the honest heads up, not a scare.
Beef you up, man.
I said no to the cholesterol pill
Faith · 2026-09-22Read it
My doctor told me my cholesterol's high and I'm supposed to go on a pill. I said no.
Here's the thing I ran down. I eat beef, butter and eggs every day, so yeah, a number came back high. My LDL. But my HDL, the good one, is through the roof. My triglycerides are super low. Every other marker says I'm healthy as can be. The one thing that's up is the exact thing the food does to you, and turns out that's kind of a false read.
Now I'm not a doctor. I spent an hour on the internet and GPT trying to figure it all out, so take it for what it's worth. But Western medicine is cookie-cutter. One size fits all. An LDL number pops up and it's here, take this pill. Nobody looks at the whole man.
I said no.
It predates Catholic
Faith · 2026-09-22Read it
Evangelicals will tell you the Eastern Orthodox church is basically Catholic. "Oh, it's basically like Catholic."
It's not. It predates Catholic.
When Rome split off from the rest of the church, the part that remained was the Orthodox — the church of the book of Acts, the New Testament church. So the thing we wave off as "basically Catholic" is older than Catholic. It's the one the rest of us eventually broke away from.
I'm not telling you where to go to church. I never studied any of this myself, but I think that's worth sitting with.
Reformed Catholics, mine included
Faith · 2026-09-22Read it
I didn't know any of this until someone walked me through it.
Every denomination traces back to Rome. The Catholics broke off first. Then Luther and the Reformation broke off from the Catholics. Then every evangelical church you can name broke off after that. Reformed Catholics, every one of them. Mine included.
The church that actually stayed — the New Testament church, the Acts church — is the Eastern Orthodox. And most of us have never cracked a single thing they teach. I hadn't. I don't say none of us. But almost none of us. I find that interesting.
Satan's jealousy was a choice
Faith · 2026-09-21Read it
Satan wasn't made evil. He was made with a choice.
He could have stood in front of everything GOD made and been glad about it. Instead he got jealous. I can't believe You did that. That is the whole fall, right there, one jealous thought he did not have to think.
Nobody forced it into him. He picked it up. And the same freedom that let him pick jealousy is the freedom that lets you pick GOD. Choose better than he did.
Where did sin come from
Faith · 2026-09-21Read it
Somebody asks me a hard one. If heaven were perfect and had no sin, where did sin even come from?
I'll be honest, I can't hand you a clean diagram on that. But here's where I land. There are laws built into created things. Free will is one. Choice is one. GOD put those in on purpose.
And the second you can choose, you can choose wrong. Sin didn't sneak past GOD. It came through a door He built Himself. A door you can't walk out of was never really a door.

Oil pulling — you swish oil around your mouth for a while, then spit it out. I do it. Peroxide, baking soda, salt, oregano oil, oil pulling. Simple stuff.

Could I prove half of it to you? No. I just know what I've watched work in my own mouth.
What I know and what I can't tell you
Faith · 2026-09-20Read it
Here's what I know emphatically. There are good spiritual entities moving in a dimension we can't see. And there are evil ones doing the same. Realms we can't see right now, carrying a lot more power than we've got. That part I don't wobble on.
Here's what I can't tell you. Whether a given thing is demonic, or interdimensional, or from somewhere else entirely. I don't know. And the honest answer is I can't know it from in here.
Somebody always jumps straight to "well, that must be demonic." Why does it have to be? We don't even know how vast Heaven is.

For me, not to me

The hardest thing for me lately has been regulating my own heart. The chaos, the division, all of it. I've felt like the whole world was coming against me.
Here's what I keep coming back to. People who are asleep think everything is happening TO them. My boss did this. My neighbor did this. That person in my past did this. And some of it might be true. But you get stuck there. It's always somebody else's fault.
Ask why is this happening FOR me instead of to me. Trials build character. Perseverance builds faith. You don't get any of that without going through the hard thing. There's always something to be grateful for. Or there's this sucks, this sucks, this sucks. That's the whole shift right there.
Why is this happening for me.
Right side, no receipt

Everybody wants to know they're on the right side of it. I do too. Only history tells you that, though. I can believe I'm standing where I'm supposed to stand — and I do believe it. Could I prove it to you? No. I've stopped needing to. Some things you hold with conviction and no receipt.
The do-over and mercy

Does it ever feel like you're getting a do-over? A chance to redo what you — what we — did differently last time. I think that's real. I think God gives it. But here's the part that tests me. Will I show compassion and mercy to the people who didn't show it to me? A do-over isn't a do-over if I come back and do to them exactly what they did to me.
Right and stuck
Faith · 2026-09-19Read it
I've been dead asleep on this. Everything was against me. My boss, my past, somebody who did me wrong. Here's the trap: it might all be true. You can be dead right about whose fault it is and still be stuck. Right and stuck at the same time. That's asleep.
For me, not to me
Faith · 2026-09-19Read it
For years I kept a list of who did me wrong. My boss. Somebody in my past. And the thing is, most of it was probably true. Didn't matter. The list kept me exactly where I was.
The question I was asking was why is this happening to me. Wrong question. It keeps you a victim, and it feels justified the whole time.
The one that finally moved me was why is this happening FOR me. Same event. Nothing about it changed except me. That's the whole thing.
Keep climbing
Fitness · 2026-09-19Read it
I don't know what you're carrying right now. It might be horrific. I'm not going to stand here and downplay it.
But here's what I keep coming back to. Why is this happening for me, not to me? Same exact thing, two different questions. One keeps you a victim. The other turns it into part of the process.
And the struggle showing up doesn't mean you're off track. A lot of the time it means you're on it, and something doesn't want you to keep climbing that mountain.
So keep climbing. If you can't fly, drive. If you can't drive, run. If you can't run, walk. If you can't walk, crawl. But by all means keep going. GOD did not bring you this far to watch you fail.
The pit / follow your feelings
Fitness · 2026-09-19Read it
One thing I know for sure: when I follow my feelings, I end up in a pit. I've been there. More than once.
The world says do what feels right, bro. Order the coffee before you walk in so it's ready. Buy the thing now and get befuddled when it takes more than a day to show up. Everything's instant. And we've lost the muscle for the slow thing.
Go to the gym and look in the mirror after one day. Nothing. Day 20, nothing. Day 30, 40, 60. Then somewhere around 90 the changes show up. That's how everything real works. Delayed gratification. There's no way around it.
So sometimes you deny your feelings and do what's right even when your feelings are screaming otherwise. Broad is the way to destruction, narrow is the path to life. And that narrow path is just good choices, made when you didn't feel like it.
Don't end up in the pit. Learn it from me instead of learning it the hard way.
The cycle repeats (shaking before awakening)
Faith · 2026-09-19Read it
Strong men create good times. Good times create weak men. Weak men create hard times. Hard times create strong men. And the cycle repeats.
That's not new. Historians tracked these generational cycles back centuries. About 80 to 100 years. A spring, a summer, a fall, and a winter. And when it's a societal winter, you'll know it. The old institutions start breaking down. Banks, schools, media, even churches. Trust erodes and something new has to get built.
Feels like everything's speeding up because it is. But hear me, it's not the end. Every one of those winters ended in upheaval and then a rebirth. The shaking comes before the awakening. That's the refiner's fire.

I believe God speaks to us. Here's where I get it wrong. When I receive a word, I think it's for right now. This minute.

So I hold it loose. I believe the word. I don't trust my own timeline.
God punched me in the face (2020 awakening)
Faith · 2026-09-18Read it
In 2020 God punched me in the face. My whole world flipped upside down and I still can't fully explain it. What I can tell you is I'm not the same man.
The euphoric part came first. Wow, I finally have a relationship with my Creator I never had. Then came the hard part. I started pulling away from old systems, old habits, old friendships. And the old stuff doesn't let go easy. The new hasn't fully shown up yet. You walk a very fine line in there.
I used to think all that pressure was the problem. It wasn't. It was training. It was preparation. If you're feeling it too, you're not falling apart. You're being conditioned for what's next.

Fear of the Lord is awe

The fear of the LORD isn't being scared of God. He's not up there waiting to throw a lightning bolt at you. It's awe. God is awesome. Awe. Awesome. Same word.
Remember your first crush? The butterflies, how you'd do anything for that person? That's how you're supposed to feel about Him. And I'll confess something. I don't feel that way lately, and I need to get back to it. I'm preaching to me here too.
You don't fear Him like a threat. You just don't want to disappoint Him. Like when you were a kid and wouldn't do something because you knew your mom would kill you. That kind of reverence. Get into the Bible and get the awe back.
Discernment observes, fear reacts
Faith · 2026-09-18Read it
Being real with you. When the pressure's on, my first instinct isn't faith. It's panic. Do something. Move. Now.
I have to catch it every time. Fear wants speed. It tells you to act this second or you'll get left behind. But feeling pressured to act isn't a sign you're behind. It's a sign you need clarity, not speed.
So before I react, I'm trying to ask a better question. Not what do I do right now, but what's really happening here? That's the whole difference. Discernment observes. Fear reacts.
I don't know everything anymore

I used to think I knew everything.
Twenty five years in my trade, forty seven years on this earth, and the smartest thing I've learned is how to say three words I used to choke on: I don't know.
I don't know. Let me look into it. Let me ask somebody who's further down this road than me.
The guy who has all the answers isn't confident. He's just not paying attention yet. Certainty is cheap. Most people who sound sure have simply stopped checking.
I'd rather be corrected today than wrong for another ten years. That trade used to feel like losing. Now it feels like the only way anybody actually gets anywhere.
Made it. Lost it. Building it back.
Finance · 2026-09-17Read it
In 2010 a hailstorm hit my area and I quit my job to chase it. Two, three years, all in. I made a million dollars.
For about a decade I couldn't do anything wrong. Money fell in my lap. And I'll tell you the truth — I thought that was me. I thought I was good.
I take that back. I wasn't good. I was blessed, and I confused the two.
Then it came apart. Bad decisions. Money I didn't manage. Trust I gave to people who hadn't earned it. By 2023 I'd gone from forty employees down to four, and I was at the bottom of everything — the money, and me.
Here's what nobody tells you about the top: it's the most dangerous place to stand, because you stop thinking you can fall.
I'm building it back now. Slower. Smarter. On a foundation I actually trust this time. And I'm doing it out loud, on purpose, because the version of this story where I only show you the win is the version that got me in trouble the first time.
If you're at the bottom right now — I'm not going to tell you it's fine. It's not. But it's not the end of the story either. It wasn't for me.
You're supposed to pick two
Finance · 2026-09-17Read it
Money. Family. Fitness. You get to pick two.
That's the deal the world hands you, and almost everybody signs it. Make the money, miss the kids. Be there for the family, watch the business slide. Get in shape, fall behind on both.
I watched a man live that trade my whole childhood. Worked harder than anyone I knew. Put the work first, every time. And it cost him — his health, his marriage, the system just ground him down. He was a good man. He loved me. And he still paid that price, because he believed the price was real.
I don't believe it anymore.
I think the two-out-of-three is a lie the world tells you so you'll settle. I think Jesus wants us to have all of it — not easy, not without a fight, but all of it. Faith, finance, fitness, family. The whole table.
That's the whole reason I'm building what I'm building. Not because I've got it. Because I watched what happens when you agree to less.
Pick two is for people who already quit. I'd rather go after all of it and fall short than hit a target somebody else set low.

I've been chasing a strategy that works for fifteen years. Fifteen. And anybody who tells you they've got it solved in ninety days is selling something.
There's a thousand ways to do it and most of them work — for somebody. The variable was never the program. It's whether you'll still be doing it in year three.
Hard work is such BS anyway. You can bang your head against a brick wall all day and call that hard work. It doesn't mean anything. The Bible doesn't say work hard. It says be diligent. Look it up. Diligence means don't quit — and be smart about it.
Your body keeps an honest ledger. It doesn't care what you posted. It doesn't care what you meant to do.
That's why I trust it more than almost anything else I measure.

My dad got handed the same equation everybody gets handed.
Money, family, health. Pick two.
He picked. He worked, and he provided, and he was respected for it, and I watched what the trade cost over a long enough stretch to see the whole bill come due.
I'm not going to sit here and tell you he was wrong. He did what the men around him were doing and he did it better than most.
But I don't believe the equation.
I think pick-two is what you accept when you're tired, and I think it gets dressed up as wisdom because that's easier than admitting you quit on one of them.
I could be wrong. I've got 730 days to find out, on all four fronts at once, filmed.

Every reasonable person would tell me to wait. Heal first. Start from strength. Come back when the body's ready and the story's cleaner.
I've taken that advice before. Waiting for the right conditions is how I lost most of my thirties. There's always a shoulder. There's always a quarter that's about to turn around.
So I'm starting broken, on purpose, where you can see it.
If it turns out a man in this shape can't do it, that's worth knowing too, and I'd rather find out in public than tell you about it later with the ending already written.

It's not a comeback story. A comeback story gets told after you've come back. I'm telling you this one from the mat.
It's not me having figured it out. I made good decisions for a long time — I take that back. I didn't make good decisions. I made money and I called it wisdom, and those are not the same thing, and it took losing most of it to know the difference.
What it is: 730 days, filmed, four fronts, and a man who doesn't know how it ends.
Some of you want the guy who already won. That's fine. There's a lot of them out there and they're easier to watch.

Faith first because everything else gets built on top of it. I tried the other stacking. I put the business first for years and told myself the rest would follow once the money was right. The money got right. Nothing followed.
Finances second because expansion takes resources. Money is fuel. It is not the point, and the day I confused those two is the day it started costing me.
Fitness third because your destiny falls apart the moment your body quits. I'm learning that one at 48 with a shoulder that doesn't work.
Family last — and that placement gets me the most pushback. It's last because it's the reason for the other three. You don't climb for the climb. You climb so the people you were given are covered.
All four, fueled by forgiveness. That's the one that makes the rest move, and I was the last to figure it out.

The clock starts in 7 days

In seven days I start a clock.
730 days. From 48 to 50. Four fronts — faith, finances, fitness, family — and I'm filming the whole thing while it happens, not after I know how it ends.
Here are the terms, because I'd rather you know them now than feel sold to later.
I'm not promising a transformation. I've got a concussion I'm still working through, a shoulder that's torn, and a hamstring that isn't right. I don't know if I make it.
What I'm promising is that you'll see the try. The hard days go up the same as the wins. If I'm still stuck at 50, that goes up too.
I've done the other version of this. Built it, lost it, told everybody about it afterward once I knew how the story ended. That's the easy way and it's worth less.
September 16. Day 0.

Peacemaker, not peacekeeper
Faith · 2026-08-18Read it
For most of my life I was a chameleon. I could walk into any room and make friends with anybody — the guy cleaning the cars and the guy who owned the company, same afternoon.
Sounds like a gift. It was a symptom.
I could get along with everyone because I didn't stand for anything. No flag. No principles. Nothing offended me because nothing mattered to me. I just agreed. There were probably a lot of lies in whatever I said, because I said whatever kept the peace.
The Bible draws a line I didn't understand back then. Peacemaker, not peacekeeper. A peacekeeper keeps everybody comfortable and calls it kindness. A peacemaker will make you uncomfortable to make something right.
Peacekeepers are just cowards who found a nice word for it. I was one for forty years.
I'd rather lose you than lie to you now.
